The monthly price INCLUDES, snow removal, basic phone, internet (not in all homes) and Cable TV. We have a few homes that do not have phone, internet and cable. These homes the tenant will have to activate the service if you want these services. All ski leases require a security deposit equal to one month's rent, which is due upon rental of the unit. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, electricity, propane or gas, and firewood. Homes with hot tubs will have a Spa contract service paid up front for the period of the lease. All rentals are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Final payment is due by October 1 and includes lease and utility deposits. All homes are located in the Tahoe Donner area unless otherwise indicated. Tahoe Donner offers a variety of activities which tenants have access to when renting a home. Tahoe Donner charges a fee for use of its amenities. We will be happy to show any of these homes. Please contact us to set up an appointment.
