Welcome to the Summer Lease Search. Our Summer- Lease homes are for those people who want to enjoy the wonderful summers we have in Truckee and have a cabin to call their own. The summer season in Tahoe Donner offers a full recreation center, equestrian center, private beach, golf, 2 pool areas with spas and a workout facility. Our leases are a minimum of 2 months but can be rented until the snow falls. Click Here to contact us today if you are interested in having the advantage of a "second" home in the Tahoe Donner area. Summer Leases are 2 to 6 month rentals. Starting dates on the rentals vary. All Summer Leases require a security deposit of one month's rent plus $200. Tenants are responsible to pay for phone ($25 per month) and cable ($45 per month) up front with the first month's rent. If house is rented for only 2 months all rent, phone and cable are due upon move in. All homes will have a long distance block installed. Tenant will transfer electric and gas to their name for the duration of the lease and pay any deposits required by utility companies. Houses are not provided with sheets and towels.
