ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE RENTAL UNITS. Bring a pet without permission and you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. All homes are located in the Tahoe Donner area unless otherwise indicated. Tahoe Donner offers a variety of activities which tenants have access to when renting a home. Tahoe Donner charges a fee for use of its amenities. Linens are provided in most all units. Prices are subject to change without notice. Each home will require a $200 damage deposit over and above the rental rate. This deposit is put on a credit card at the time a reservation is made. Full rent payment is due 21 days before check in, or reservation will be cancelled and a fee will be charged. If you cancel after you have booked a home and before you have paid in full there is a $100.00 cancelation fee charged. We are sorry to say that we cannot show the vacation rentals. You may drive by any home but please do not disturb any guests. Thank you.
