ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE RENTAL UNITS. Bring a pet and lose your deposit and balance of your stay. All homes are located in the Tahoe Donner area unless otherwise indicated. Tahoe Donner offers a variety of activities which tenants have access to when renting a home. Tahoe Donner charges a fee for use of its amenities. Linens are provided in most all rental units. Prices are subject to change without notice. Each home will require a $200 damage deposit over and above the rental rate. This deposit is put on a credit card at the time a reservation is made. Full rent payment is due 21 days before check in reservation will be cancelled and a fee will be charged. If you cancel after you have booked a home and before full payment there is $100.00 cancelation fee charged.
