Weekend/ weekly Vacation rental homes. 2 night minimum, up to a 1 month stay. These rentals include all utilities and come completely furnished with linens provided.

Summer Rentals

Weekend/ weekly Vacation rental homes. 2 night minimum, up to a 1 month stay. These rentals include all utilities and come completely furnished with linens provided.

Winter Lease

4 – 6 month ski lease, homes are fully furnished (with exception of linens). Tenant to put Utilities (Electric, water, & gas) into their name. Lease includes snow removal, basic phone, cable, & Internet unless stated otherwise.

Summer Lease

2 – 6 month lease, homes are fully furnished (with exception of linens). Lease includes electric, water, gas (with a cap per month), basic phone, cable, & Internet unless stated otherwise.

Long Term

1 year lease, most homes are unfurnished, tenant responsible for all utilities, yard work, & snow removal.
