Fitness Center

The Fitness Center at Trout Creek is open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Included in the 1,200 square-foot weight room is the following equipment:

• weight machines
• free weights
• 3 treadmills
• 3 upright exercise bikes
• 3 recumbent exercise bikes
• 2 stairclimbers
• 2 eliptagliders
• rowing machine
• exercise mats
• exercise balls
• cardio theater (allows individuals to privately listen and watch any of four TVs while using cardio machines headphone that is available at the host counter, or use your own)

Pools and Spa

Trout Creek’s outdoor adult lap pool is heated to 82 degrees and is available year-round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Trout Creek’s Recreation Pool is open from the mid-May to mid-September, Monday-Thursday from 10:15 a.m. to dusk and Friday-Sunday from 9 a.m. to dusk, (weather permitting).

Trout Creek has two outdoor spas: one for families (we recommend children must be at least 5, and must be accompanied by an adult until age 14) which is kept at 98 degrees. The adults-only s kept at 102 degrees.
